Covert Ops® Refund Policy

We offer a Replacement warranty on all products. This means you can request a return for any reason, at any time, after receiving your item.

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at returnandwarranty@covertopsusa.com so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exchanges:

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a full refund and then placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product quickly.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
